Stellar & RoseS&R / September Reset
AI can give you more of almost everything.
More words. More ideas. More versions. More things to publish before anyone has quite decided why.
What it cannot decide is what your business should stand for, who genuinely needs to hear it or what is actually worth doing next Monday morning. That’s where the September Reset starts.
The September Reset
Four weeks to work out what matters and what happens next.
Start Q4 knowing where your marketing is going.
Five places. Bookings now open.
Beyond the Reset
Need something bigger? We also work with founder-led businesses on positioning, brand, digital strategy, websites and ongoing strategic marketing.
What has actually changed
Production used to be the difficult bit. It isn’t any more.
A website can appear in an afternoon. A month’s worth of posts before lunch. Another campaign, another email, another version. All before anyone has stopped to ask whether it is worth making.
The interesting questions have moved upstream.
What should we actually be saying ?
Who are we really trying to reach?
What makes us worth choosing?
Which channels genuinely deserve our attention?
What is actually working?
Making became easy. Deciding what deserves making didn’t.
How we work
We tend to work in that order.
First, work out what matters.
Then find the story people can actually understand and remember.
Only then decide what needs making.
Strategy
What matters here?
We look at the business, the audience and the market properly enough to know where attention is worth putting.
Story
What is worth saying?
We find the idea, message and point of view that make the business clearer and more memorable.
Action
What should we actually make?
Only then do we decide which content, channels and assets deserve the time.
Most marketing starts at Action.
That is why so much of it disappears.
AI is remarkably good at the Action stage. It still needs someone to decide what the first two should be.
The offer
Right now
Marketing happens in bursts, decided in the moment. The business has moved on and the messaging hasn't quite caught up. Everyone is busy and nobody is certain what is working.
Four weeks later
You know what you stand for, who you are talking to and what to do next.
Decisions take minutes rather than meetings, because the thinking has already been done.
Week one
A full audit of the brand and the marketing as it stands, including how the website and the customer journey actually behave rather than how they were meant to. Honest findings, no diplomacy tax.
Week two
A working session with you, not a presentation at you. Who the priority audience really is, what makes the business worth choosing and where the messaging has drifted from the truth.
Week three
Refreshed core messaging you can hand to anyone, plus a straight look at where AI genuinely saves you time and where it quietly costs you credibility.
Week four
A practical ninety day roadmap with owners and order of play, plus a selection of ready-to-use assets so the first month runs itself rather than waiting on someone finding a spare afternoon.
Four weeks is deliberate. Long enough to think properly, short enough that nothing goes stale.
Five September places. Bookings now open.
What changes
Not a folder of files. Eight things you can say out loud, in a meeting, without hedging.
What actually makes you different, in words a customer would recognise.
Which audience matters most right now, and which one can wait.
What you should be talking about, and in what order.
Which channels deserve your attention, and which are simply habit.
Where AI genuinely saves you time, with the workflow to prove it.
Where it cannot help, and human judgement still earns its keep.
What to stop doing, and why it was never going to work.
Exactly what to do for the next ninety days, and who is doing it.
None of this is a document you file.
It is how the next decision gets made.
Selected work
Different businesses. Different stakes. The same job: understand the real problem quickly, challenge what needs challenging and leave the team with a clearer direction.
01
Tesla Venture Studio
Strategic positioning, venture ecosystem and growth
A curated Tesla Venture Studio initiative connecting high-growth CEE companies with the growth capital, enterprise partners, institutions and international networks that can help unlock their next stage. Our work has spanned strategic positioning, digital presence, founder resources, investor materials, startup education, government proposals and grant applications.
02
Women in STEM & Construction
Campaign strategy and organic growth
An awards programme heading for the House of Lords with thirteen nominees on the list. We started with what needed to happen rather than what to post, then built the messaging, content and communications around those answers. Entirely organic throughout.
03
Cubo Interiors
Rebrand, tone of voice and website
A full rebrand for a high-end interior design studio, with copy that holds elegance and boldness at once, a site restructured around how people actually move through it and tone of voice guidelines running across social, email and print.
04
Develli
Website, digital strategy and ongoing growth
We built Develli's website around the way customers actually explore and compare products, including a filtering system that makes a large collection much easier to navigate. Alongside the build, we developed the site structure, wrote the copy, strengthened the search foundations and created Google Business Profiles for both locations. We continue to manage and develop the website, content and search presence.
05
Mixology Communications
Website rescue, digital support and consultancy
Mixology Communications is a communications management consultancy working with ambitious, technology-led brands. When support from their previous developer failed, they needed someone who could step in quickly, fix the website and give the team dependable digital support. We resolved the immediate issues and became a trusted pair of hands across web development, creative direction and digital content support.
Different businesses, different problems. The same starting point every time: work out what matters before deciding what to make.
Talk to us about your project →The people behind the thinking
Stellar & Rose is a mother-and-daughter strategy and creative studio.
We bring different experiences, instincts and perspectives to the same table, which means ideas tend to get questioned before they get anywhere near your customers.
Strategy, digital & the big picture
Vanya brings senior marketing strategy, digital expertise, technology and an almost unreasonable fondness for getting to the bottom of things.
Her experience crosses public sector, education, technology and high-growth businesses. The useful bit is what sits between them: understanding complicated organisations quickly, finding the thing that actually matters and turning it into a direction people can use.
Selected experience
Story, language & the human bit
Masha brings the words, the storytelling instinct and the cultural eye.
With a background in English Literature and experience across editorial, digital and commercial environments, she has a sharp feel for how brands sound in the real world. She makes sure strategy doesn't stay trapped in strategy language and that what a business says still sounds like something a human might actually say.
Selected experience
Strategy gets challenged by story. Story gets challenged by strategy. The work is better for it.
And yes, we use AI. We just don't ask it to do the thinking we're being paid to do.
Ready for some direction?
You've got the business. You've got the ideas. You may even have more marketing tools than you know what to do with.
What you need now is a clear view of what matters and a plan for what happens next.
