The two peopleyou’ll actually work with.

Stellar & Rose is a senior marketing and creative studio run by mother and daughter Vanya and Masha Milovanovic. We bring senior marketing thinking, sharp storytelling and hands-on creative work together to help founder-led businesses move forward with more clarity.

Vanya
Masha

So, whyStellar & Rose?

The name comes from The Little Prince.

Vanya is the rose: grounded, rather demanding and usually right about the strategy.

Masha is the star: ideas, story and a sharp instinct for how things will land.

Good work usually needs both.

Different strengths.The same standards.

You get both of us on every project. We come at the problem from different angles, challenge each other’s thinking and keep going until the strategy and the story agree. Neither of us lets the other off lightly.

Vanya

Strategy, digital and the big picture

Vanya brings senior marketing strategy, digital expertise, technology and an almost unreasonable fondness for getting to the bottom of things.

She holds a degree in Information Systems Analysis and Design, which is a rather long way of saying she was trained to work out how all the moving parts fit together before anyone starts building anything. It still shows.

Her career has taken her through the public sector, education, technology and high-growth businesses. The useful bit is what sits between them: understanding complicated organisations quickly, finding the thing that actually matters and turning it into a direction people can use.

Masha

Story, language and the human bit

Masha brings the ideas, the words, the storytelling instinct and the cultural eye.

With a background in English Literature and experience across editorial, digital and commercial environments, she has a sharp feel for how brands sound in the real world. She makes sure strategy doesn’t stay trapped in strategy language and that what a business says still sounds like something a human might actually say.

In our corner

Rupert Cruise

Senior adviser

Rupert is a founder, CTO and Oxford MBA who has spent his career turning complex engineering into businesses that work commercially. He co-founded Magway, helped take it from concept to pilot and supported its growth to a £71 million valuation. At ecoro, he leads the technology vision for an automated freight platform.

He has led teams, worked with investors and shaped product strategy, so he knows the trade-offs a business faces when it’s growing under pressure. If your product is technically complex or you’re preparing to raise, his experience sits behind our advice.

Think we might work well together?

A 20-minute conversation is usually enough to find out. No pitch deck. No elaborate discovery process. Just tell us what’s going on and we’ll tell you straight whether we can help.
