Pretty is nice. Did it change anything?

If you’re looking through our work, you probably want to know more than whether we can make things look good. You want to know what changed because we got involved.

Every business here had something different getting in the way. We found it, worked out what would make the biggest difference and made the work that followed.

Have a look. You might recognise something of your own business in here.

Women in STEM & Construction

Getting noticed was never the whole point. We needed more women to actually put themselves forward.

The awards were on their way to the House of Lords and the nominee list stood at a modest thirteen.

So rather than starting with what to post, we started with what needed to happen. The messaging, content and comms were all built around that. Not a penny spent on paid ads, start to finish.

  • 13 → 65 nominations in four weeks
  • 450+ LinkedIn followers in under four weeks
  • 5,298 organic LinkedIn impressions

From the House of Lords to Bishopsgate

By the time the awards reached the House of Lords, Vanya had a seat on the judging panel.

Then came the conference. For the first Women in STEM & Construction Entrepreneurship Conference, held in Bishopsgate in October 2025, we designed the stage visuals and video. The backdrop was ours too, as was every other piece of conference material.

Tesla Venture Studio

The brief wasn’t really the brief.

Tesla Venture Studio is led by Katarina Galić, one of those people who is usually thinking several moves ahead. There is rarely a shortage of ideas, opportunities or ambition. Our job is to work out what needs to be said now.

For Soonicorn Showcase 2026, the obvious route was to market another founder event.

We knew there was a stronger story.

The $1B Question

Identify the real constraint standing between a growth company and its next stage, then bring the right investors, operators and strategic partners into the room to help tackle it.

The showcase brings scale-ups at US$5M+ ARR together with growth-equity investors, institutions and strategic partners from more than 15 countries, alongside Web Summit Lisbon on 9 November 2026.

The idea gave the whole campaign a clearer centre. It now runs through the website, founder and investor communications, partnership materials, event creative and social content.

The campaign has only just launched, so there are no results to share yet. We’ll put them here as soon as there are.

  • Developed The Tesla Current newsletter
  • Wrote government proposals
  • Built the strategy for Soonicorn Showcase
  • Delivered marketing asset training for startups
  • 40 startups trained to create marketing assets

“They understood the business quickly, challenged our assumptions and gave us a direction we could actually execute. That is why we trust Stellar & Rose and continue to work with them.”

Cubo Interiors

The work was already beautiful. The website was not saying so.

Cubo Interiors is a high-end interior design studio. They had the work but not the words or the web presence to match. In a market where every studio photographs beautifully, that makes it hard to stand out.

We started with the words, right down to their tagline.

Designed for the way you live. Styled for the way you dream.

Then came a full rebrand, with copy that holds elegance and boldness at once, a website restructured around how people actually move through it and tone of voice guidelines running across social, email and print.

  • Full rebrand
  • Brand tagline
  • Website restructure
  • Copywriting
  • Tone of voice guidelines for social, email and print

Is your work better than your website is letting on? Here’s where we’d start

Develli

Every slab is one of a kind. Finding the right one should be the easy part.

Develli supplies onyx, marble and granite. Every slab in stock is different, with its own block number, finish, colour, thickness and size. Customers need to find the one that fits their project without trawling through the lot.

So we built the website around the way people actually choose stone.

Material, finish, colour, thickness, bookmatch. Choose what matters and the rest falls away.

The site was ready for customers within three weeks, with filters and a quick search that turn a large collection into something pleasantly easy to explore and compare.

Beyond the website, we created their catalogue and price list, improved their Atlas Plan catalogue, refined the logo they already had and set up Google Business Profiles for both locations.

The stock page we built for Develli, here filtered to burgundy. Naturally.

We didn’t hand it over and walk away. We still manage the website, content and search presence as the stock grows.

That matters more than it sounds. When the stock outgrew what the platform could list on a page, 259 product pages ended up with no links pointing to them, so search engines struggled to find them. We rebuilt the pagination so every one can be found again.

  • 3 weeks from brief to a website ready for customers
  • 2 locations set up for local search
  • 259 product pages back within reach of search engines

What we did

  • Website design and build
  • Stock filters and quick search
  • Catalogue and price list
  • Atlas Plan catalogue improvements
  • Logo refinement
  • Copywriting
  • SEO and Google Business Profiles
  • Ongoing website, content and search management
